Adam Connely

I have worked in financial services since 2011, having finished my certification in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) and worked for a large high street bank in London and a large specialist broker. I am passionate about providing accurate mortgage advice ensuring my client outcomes are right first time. Applying a thorough and honest approach to mortgage advice has helped me develop many long-term relationships with my clients.

When not in the office, I have a passion for sport, mainly football, and enjoy applying my culinary skills to different cuisines and entertaining friends and family.

Billy Roberts

I started my time in the industry at one of the UK’s largest specialist brokers, where I developed a passion for working with contractors and self employed workers, ensuring they are not penalised by lenders when it comes to the mortgages they can obtain. Over the years & after gaining my Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) qualification, I have worked with thousands of contractors and self employed applicants helping them get the mortgages they deserve. In 2021, myself and Adam decided to embark on a new chapter and start our very own business, creating a brand our clients trust and return to time and time again.

In my spare time, you could find me on the golf course or out socialising with friends.

Cara Dougherty

I’ve been helping clients protect the things that matter most to them for over 12 years now. After becoming a Certified Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (Cert CII) in 2009, I then chose to further develop my knowledge by obtaining a RO5 qualification in financial protection. I now create bespoke arrangements with you to ensure that you’re able to keep the home you’ve worked so hard to purchase and protect your credit rating from mortgage arrears if things go wrong.

Outside of work, I’m a mother to two young children who keep me very busy but when I do get a moments peace, I love to cook new recipes and go out to eat as I’m a big foodie!

Our journey so far...

Our journey started working in a high-street bank, then moving onto one of the UK’s largest specialist brokers where we developed and maintained a great reputation based on our knowledge, transparency and reliability. Having extensive knowledge of lenders’ criteria, along with an unrivalled service led us to embark on a new chapter in 2021. Since then, we’ve worked hard to create a brand our clients recommend and trust.

With over a decade of industry experience and having helped hundreds of clients in our careers, we’ve noticed that the mortgage application/advice process has remained stagnant. Dated technology, over-complicated processes and vast amounts of paperwork. Our mission is simple – to streamline the application process but also retain and reward our clients.

We aim to eliminate the stress when submitting your mortgage application by providing sound, accurate and speedy advice, ensuring the outcome is correct first time. We believe in providing our clients with a more personal service ensuring you feel you’re in safe hands every step of the way. In short we’re here to show you that applying for a mortgage does not need to be difficult.

Our Fees

We will often charge a broker fee for our service which is only charged when we’re actually applying to the lender. The fee we charge can depend on your circumstances and the complexity of your case. Of course, the fee payable will be made clear to you before any obligation to make payment. We are so confident of pre-approving your application upfront, we will even guarantee a refund of our fees should we fail to deliver you a mortgage offer.

You may wonder why a broker fee is applicable if some brokers choose to do the work for free, it’s a perfectly fair question. We pride ourselves on providing a premium service and feel the fee we charge is great value for money, as do our clients. With no fee’s payable until we formally submit a mortgage application, speak to us today so we can show you we really mean it.
